Graduation Rental Details

The above spaces are available to rent for “Graduation Receptions” during the timeframes listed below.

The Valley Community Center wants to serve as many families of local graduates as possible during this high demand season.  To accomplish that, the following policies will be followed for all graduation rental requests.

  1. The following blocks of time will be “Graduation Reception” times:
    - Friday evenings 4:30-8:30 pm
    - Saturday mornings 9 am-1 pm
    - Saturday afternoons 2-6 pm
    - Sunday afternoon 1-5 pm

  2. Blocks of time will be allocated on a “first come, first serve” basis, no more than 6 months in advance. Only one block of time per family can be reserved.

  3. Once the reserved date is confirmed, the Valley Community Center will send out a Reservation Agreement for signatures and payment.

    • The signed Reservation Agreement must be returned with payment in full to the Valley Community Center within 5 business days of receipt. Failure to comply within the timeframe makes the reservation null & void.

    • Once the signed Reservation Agreement and payment are received, the reservation is considered confirmed.

  4. Each block of time is a flat rate of $400.

    • Laptops or media devices may be connected to a large roll away TV to show photos/slideshows. An HDMI connection is provided from the TV. Please bring any adapters needed to make the connection from your device.

    • NOTE: Due to our food service license, the kitchen area cannot be used by outside (unlicensed) groups. Cafe service and service area are not available for rental.

  5. Use of the Children’s Play Area or any part of the Gym are an additional charge.

  6. To honor preceding or subsequent groups, all set-up and clean-up must be done within the designated time block. Please refrain from arriving early or staying late.

  7. To expedite clean-up, small glitter or confetti as well as helium balloons are not allowed. All decorations must be free-standing or tabletop. Attachment to walls, windows, door, etc. is not permitted.

  8. Valley Community Center is an alcohol and tobacco free area.
